Manager- Digital Commerce

Overview

 

 

This role will drive customer reporting and generate actionable insights for Kroger’s commercial business objectives. It will be responsible for developing and leading Kroger business reviews in collaboration with key stakeholders. Additionally, the role will provide a detailed analysis of the e-commerce performance across sub-channels, categories, and brands, including benchmarking against other retailers and channels. It will also support the Kroger team in preparing AOPs and JBPs, offering insights and contributing a strong data-driven perspective to decision-making.

 

 

Responsibilities

• Period operating reviews with sales reporting- Storyline, data and Powerpoint building for Internal and customer reviews
• eComm sales and shopper metrics data reporting Sales and reporting for internal PepsiCo Kroger teams
• Ocado, Doordash, UberEats etc. (sales data once/weekly needs to be transferred and reported
• Ocado PO data including pulling from a manual excel
• Managing pulling data from Thoughtspot portal which houses Instacart/Kroger sales data
• Reporting weekly and daily fill rate data on in stock conditions via a manual excel
• Digital Shelf Management for accessibility of items and points of distribution inline with in store (forms filled out weekly with submissions and opportunities to close distribution gaps)

Qualifications

 

• Over 8 years of experience in analytics and reporting
• Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing projects, ensuring consistent execution, and maintaining diligent follow-up
• Strong analytical acumen, reflected in ownership and delivery of complex analytical initiatives and high-impact projects
• Cross-functional expertise, with the ability to effectively partner with teams such as Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance
• Proven problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing practical solutions to complex challenges, often under tight timelines and with limited information
• Execution-driven mindset, supported by excellent organizational skills, timely follow-through, and commitment to task completion
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey insights and influence both internal and external stakeholders
• High resilience, maintaining a positive outlook in the face of challenges and proactively exploring alternative solutions
• Strong bias for action, consistently making sound decisions to advance business objectives while upholding rigor and compliance standards
