Overview
As a Functional Support Consultant, you will provide Level 3 support for critical application environments in the retirement sector. Responsibilities include production supervision, complex SQL queries, incident analysis and resolution, integration testing, and production deployment support. You'll manage requests through ITSM/JIRA tools, produce activity reports, and collaborate with business analysts, developers, and vendors. The role requires strong SQL skills, Linux knowledge, and experience with complex incident analysis. Familiarity with retirement/pension systems is preferred.
