Overview
As an experienced Accountant, you'll prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, handle bookkeeping and reconciliation of business transactions, and maintain financial accounting records. You'll prepare financial statements, collaborate with tax advisors and management, control invoices, monitor cash flows, and support budget planning. Optional responsibilities may include payroll accounting or DATEV accounting based on experience.

## Aufgaben
Erstellung und Vorbereitung von **Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen**
**Kontierung, Buchung und Abstimmung** von Geschäftsvorfällen
Pflege und Überwachung der **Finanzbuchhaltung**
Erstellung von **BWA, GuV und Bilanzen**
Zusammenarbeit mit **Steuerberater und Geschäftsführung**
Kontrolle von **Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen**
Überwachung von **Zahlungsflüssen** und **Liquiditätsplanung**
Unterstützung bei **Budgetplanung und Forecasts**
Kontrolle von **Unterlagen für Banken und Behörden**
Optionale Aufgaben im Bereich **Lohnbuchhaltung oder DATEV-Buchführung** (je nach Erfahrung)
## Qualifikation
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als **Bilanzbuchhalter/in**, **Steuerfachangestellte/r**
oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
Mehrjährige **Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung / Bilanzierung**
Sicherer Umgang mit **DATEV** oder ähnlicher Buchhaltungssoftware
Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Gute **Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift** (Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil)
Verlässliche, verantwortungsbewusste und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
