Overview

We are seeking a Learning Technology Administrator to oversee the comprehensive administration and optimization of our Docebo Learning Management System and Skillsoft Learning Experience Platform, supporting our global user population across multiple regions. In this role, you will manage system configuration and integration, develop and maintain workflows for courses and certifications, generate and analyze system usage reports and learner progress data, and provide technical support to users worldwide. You will collaborate closely with HR Technology teams, HRBPs, and organizational stakeholders to ensure our learning systems align with compliance requirements and organizational learning objectives.

TITLE:          Learning Technology Administrator

DUTIES:      

  • Responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS) and the Skillsoft Learning Experience Platform (LXP), supporting the global user population.
  • Develop and maintain workflows for course enrollments, certifications, and completions in both platforms.
  • Ensure a seamless learning experience for all users across our global regions by overseeing the technical aspects of the systems, resolving issues, and implementing improvements.
  • Administer and configure the Docebo LMS and Skillsoft LXP, ensuring optimal system performance, user accessibility, and integration with other platforms (including HRIS, SSO, etc.).
  • Generate and analyze regular system usage reports, learner progress, and completion data from both platforms.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users across all regions regarding issues related to system functionality, course availability, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Resolve system bugs, user access issues, and report generation errors in a timely manner.
  • Provide training and support to system users, including administrators, managers, and employees, ensuring smooth adoption of new features and enhancements.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of user information and learning records.
  • Lead the implementation of system upgrades, new features, and enhancements.
  • Work closely with HR Technology, HRBPs, Power Users and other stakeholders/departments to ensure the systems align with organizational learning goals and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues, escalate concerns, and plan for system updates or enhancements.
  • Serve as the global HR resource for all LMS Training activities.

REQUIREMENTS:     

  • Requires Bachelor's degree in Education Policy, Organization and Leadership, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field of study, and 3 years of experience in any job title/occupation/position involving learning technology platforms in the Healthcare, Biotech or Medical Technology industry.
  • Experience specified must include 3 years of experience with each of the following: Learning Management System (LMS) focused on Docebo, including system configuration, content management, and reporting; Learning Experience Platform (LXP) focused on Skillsoft, including system configuration, content management, and learner analytics reporting; Resolving technical LMS issues for the user population; Woking at least one full lifecycle rollout of an LMS platform including system set up, configuration, integration with existing architecture, administrator support and training, communication to and training of user populations; Project management experience relating to LMS Platforms; Data analytics and generating reports from LMS/LXP platforms to track learner performance and engagement; Integrating learning platforms (such as LMS or LXP systems) with other enterprise applications, including HRIS; Communicating technical concepts/requirements to non-technical stakeholders; and Supporting system users globally including Greater China, India, South America, Europe and North America.
  • Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week.

COMPENSATION RANGE:

 

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $$83,500 - $111,250. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. 

Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
