Overview
As a Platform Excellence Promoter, you'll deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring positive experiences in every interaction. Your responsibilities include receiving and controlling merchandise from warehouse and suppliers, registering and validating products in the system, preparing and dispatching customer orders, issuing shipping guides and tracking deliveries. You'll also support transfers and inventory management, assist customers in-store, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety protocols.
