About the Team
You’ll join a collaborative engineering team building scalable, high-quality software solutions across backend, frontend, and cloud. The team works closely with cross-functional partners, values knowledge sharing and continuous learning, and encourages everyone to contribute ideas and improvements while balancing technical excellence with delivery.
About the Role
We are seeking a Quality Engineer Lead to support the delivery of high-quality software through effective testing, automation, and collaboration. This role combines hands-on testing expertise with opportunities to guide improvements in quality practices and processes.
We welcome candidates from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences who are passionate about improving software quality and working collaboratively across teams.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute automated and performance tests
Build and maintain test automation frameworks, including tools such as Playwright
Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure solutions meet quality standards
Identify, document, and help resolve defects, including supporting root cause analysis
Contribute to improving testing processes, tools, and methodologies
Configure and maintain testing environments and tools
Support planning and execution of testing activities across projects
Monitor and report testing progress, results, and risks
Participate in initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and delivery outcomes
Stay informed about evolving testing tools and industry practices
Requirements:
Experience with test automation and Playwright
Understanding of software testing practices and quality assurance approaches
Experience conducting functional, automated, or performance testing
Familiarity with software development processes
Ability to analyze issues and contribute to root cause identification
Experience working with testing tools and environments
Strong communication skills for collaborating across teams
