What You'll Do on a Typical Day

•  Partner with enterprise clients across multiple geographic markets to understand their travel needs and develop customized solutions
• Conduct discovery calls and strategy sessions with C-suite stakeholders to identify business objectives and travel program opportunities
• Develop and present compelling business cases, ROI analyses, and formal proposals to prospective and existing accounts
• Negotiate contract terms and service agreements to secure favorable outcomes for both parties
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and optimize comprehensive multi-market travel programs
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to advise clients on strategic travel program optimization and identify upsell opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record of negotiating complex, multi-party enterprise agreements and closing deals with large accounts
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-stakeholder accounts with complex needs across multiple geographic regions
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities with the capacity to influence at all organizational levels
• Comprehensive understanding of US, European, Asia Pacific, and Latin America travel markets and industry best practices
• Talent for translating intricate systems and market dynamics into clear, actionable recommendations for clients
• Strong collaborator with a solutions-focused, can-do attitude who thrives in dynamic, ambiguous environments while maintaining ethical standards
