Job Summary
Summary:Responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of environmental services operations. Develop and execute strategies, policies, and programs to ensure compliance with environmental regulations, promote sustainability, and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Essential Functions:
-Develop and execute the environmental services strategy, goals, and objectives for the organization, aligning them with overall business objectives and sustainability targets.
-Oversee and direct all aspects of environmental services operations, including cleaning, waste management, recycling, sustainability initiatives, and maintenance activities.
-Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to a team of environmental services managers, supervisors, and staff, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and performance management.
-Ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies across all environmental services operations.
-Collaborate with procurement and finance departments to manage vendor contracts, negotiate pricing, and optimize procurement of supplies and services related to environmental services.
-Lead and drive sustainability initiatives, such as energy conservation, waste reduction, and green cleaning practices, to minimize the environmental impact of operations and promote environmental stewardship.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, community organizations, and industry partners, addressing environmental concerns, maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring compliance.
