Kwai is seeking a Content Partnerships Manager to oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and account support for media syndication partnerships in the Colombian market. This is a mid-senior position seeking an individual with a strong business development experience in the media world with ability to develop high value, high return partnerships for the platform.

Responsibilities:

Manage, prioritize, and execute deal flow,, negotiating, and executing deals that support Kwai's content strategy and initiatives;

Identify new partners for internal support and valuation by preparing business cases for stakeholders;

Work with existing partners to optimize content strategy and audience development to ensure their success on Kwai;

Work cross-functionally with the vertical operations, content strategy, and marketing teams to assure that we achieve company requirements;

Prepare reports and insights as needed to measure progress of partnerships.

Requirements

5+ years experience in content acquisition or partner management for digital distributor, media company, or social meda platform with an emphasis on the Colombian market;

Demonstrated success in managing and executing a media partnership pipeline in the Colombian market;

Strong understanding of Colombian News & Sports media including print, TV, radio, and digital;

Previous experience working with Product & Content Operations team to operationalize content strategy and drive best practices across a growing organization prefered;

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to identify trends and use data to support recommendations and ongoing strategy;

Knowledge of independent and citizen journalist space;

Strong writing, presentation, and analytics skills;

English/Spanish bi-lingual preferred;

Ability to operate and succeed independently in a high intesity and rapidly evolving environment.
