POSITION LOCATION: Windhoek, Khomas, Namibia
POSITON NAME: Accounts Assistant
Description
- Responsible for accounts payable processing
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations
- Create purchase requisitions in Sage
- Prepare payments and sent remittances to vendors
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Support with preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and audits
- Support general admin and filing systems
- Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts monthly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 1-2 year's experience
- Newly graduates are encouraged to apply
