Lead the Day-to-Day Operations Behind a High-Performing Pharmacy Revenue Cycle.
Woodmark Pharmacy of New York is seeking an experienced revenue cycle professional to lead our billing, accounts receivable, reimbursement, and claims operations within our long-term care pharmacy business.
This is a highly operational leadership role ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in:
- revenue cycle workflows,
- claims management,
- A/R oversight,
- collections,
- reimbursement operations,
- pharmacy billing,
- and team leadership.
We are open to experienced Managers, Supervisors, Analysts, or Revenue Cycle leaders ready to step into a broader leadership role.
The ideal candidate understands how to improve workflow efficiency, hold teams accountable, troubleshoot billing/reimbursement issues, and maintain operational discipline in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Work Environment:
Our revenue cycle and billing operations are highly collaborative and centralized fully onsite in Williamsville, NY. This leader is expected to:
- work closely with the billing team,
- support workflow management,
- troubleshoot operational issues,
- and maintain visible departmental leadership.
Local Buffalo/WNY market familiarity is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Lead - As Director, you will have full ownership of pharmacy billing operations and revenue cycle performance, including:
Revenue Cycle & Billing Operations
- Oversee all billing functions, including invoicing, month-end close, credit processing, and variance reconciliation
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all revenue cycle activities
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency
Accounts Receivable & Financial Performance
- Lead A/R strategy, collections performance, and cash application processes
- Partner with accounting and treasury to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Monitor and manage key revenue cycle KPIs
Audit, Compliance & Controls
- Serve as primary liaison for internal and external audits
- Ensure strong internal controls and audit readiness
- Partner with accounting on audit findings, reserves, and reporting
Pricing & Systems Oversight
- Oversee pricing administration across pharmacy systems
- Maintain relationships with third-party pricing tools and vendors
- Ensure data accuracy through QA processes and controls
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and develop a team including:
- Billing Manager
- A/R Revenue Cycle Manager
- Quality Assurance Specialist
- Establish clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards
- Build a disciplined, high-performing revenue cycle team

Qualifications
Director of Pharmacy Revenue Cycle - Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management, preferably within healthcare or pharmacy services
- A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing direct reports
- Strong experience in collections, invoicing, and reconciliation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency with complex formulas, data manipulation, and multi-criteria analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience working with remote teams and using digital collaboration tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare or long-term care pharmacy experience
- Familiarity with third-party pricing tools and pharmacy dispensing systems
- Experience managing internal audits or working closely with auditors
