What You'll Do:
- Run warranty calls and recalls on new system installations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC equipment
- Repair or replace warranty-related components and equipment
- Perform quality assurance inspections to ensure installations meet company standards
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with homeowners
- Accurately document service details, parts used, and resolutions in ServiceTitan
- Collaborate with installation teams to identify and resolve recurring issues
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing the Radiant brand
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and manufacturer guidelines
What You Need:
- 3+ years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
- Experience with warranty service and post-installation repairs preferred
- Experience with variable speed units and communicating systems
- Experience replacing parts such as contactors, capacitors, motors, boards, and sensors
- Ability to recover, charge, and handle refrigerant safely
- EPA Certification and TDLR License
- Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
- Ability to use an iPad and ServiceTitan software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
