What extra ingredients you will bring:
- Support on planning the engagement agenda for MSC
- Design full engagement agenda from July till YE
- Coordinate logistics for engagement activities across MSC
- Be present during activities to manage operations
- Follow up with LT and people lead across MSC for engagement activities ( 100% commitment )
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers if needed
- Manage communication agenda (engagement champions across MSC )
- Design engagement dashboard and implementation percentage
Education / Certifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR, or any relevant field.
