Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the 2nd shift to meet production goals and quality standards.

- Monitor production processes to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments such as quality, maintenance, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance indicators.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety training sessions for team members.
- Assist in scheduling and resource planning to optimize shift productivity.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production supervision, preferably in a similar industry.
