Responsibilities:

Job Summary**

As Manager, Operations at 顶峰油脂化工(泰兴)有限公司, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality and safety standards within our oleochemical manufacturing facility.

Job Responsibilities**

* Lead, manage, and develop a team of operational staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment.
* Plan, organize, and direct daily production activities to meet production targets, quality specifications, and delivery schedules.
* Implement and monitor operational procedures and policies to ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization.
* Manage inventory levels of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to minimize waste and ensure continuous production.
* Oversee maintenance activities for machinery and equipment, ensuring regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and prompt repairs to minimize downtime.
* Collaborate with other departments, including Quality Control, Supply Chain, and Sales, to ensure seamless operations and achieve overall business objectives.
* Prepare and present operational reports, analyzing key performance indicators and proposing corrective actions as needed.
* Manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices and resource allocation.
* Respond to and resolve operational issues and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations management within the chemical manufacturing or oleochemical industry.
* Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a production environment.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
* Solid knowledge of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and environmental compliance standards.
* Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken) is required.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) preferred.
