Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Drive brand advocacy, education, and commercial growth for Perrier-Jouët and Château Sainte Marguerite, as well as our selected Prestige spirits (Martell, Royal Salute, The Glenlivet, Iconica and Midleton) across the Caribbean region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with luxury hotels, restaurants, beach clubs, yacht concierge networks, sommeliers, chefs, and F&B teams.
- Deliver premium brand trainings, tastings, and portfolio experiences to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Support sales teams in securing listings, pouring agreements, premium menu visibility, and long-term customer advocacy.
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to business development across key Caribbean islands.
- Monitor competitor activity and report market trends, opportunities, and risks impacting the Prestige portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with local commercial teams and global Advocacy & Education teams to implement best practices and brand initiatives.
- Manage and evaluate activations, events, and experiential partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and commercial priorities.
- Track activation KPIs, ROI, budget spend, and account engagement; provide regular activity and performance reports.
- Contribute to the growth of theĀ LeCercle private client community by recruiting members and organizing bespoke experiences for high-net-worth individuals.
- Support the execution of consumer and trade events across the Caribbean and Miami as required.
- Manage travel and project expenses in line with defined budgets.
- Undertake additional duties and projects as required.

- Within team: Luxury Trade Marketing Manager, Luxury Director, local luxury commercial teams.
- Within the business: Customer Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
- Global stakeholders: Prestige Marketing, Advocacy & Education, Communications and Brand teams.
- External: Luxury hospitality partners, hotels, restaurants, beach clubs, sommeliers, F&B Directors, yacht concierge networks, high-net-worth clients, agencies, suppliers, and strategic brand partners.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships to maximize advocacy, visibility, and business growth opportunities.

Competencies and Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Oenology, or related field.
- Fluent inĀ English and French.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency inĀ Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Passion for luxury brands, hospitality, wine, and spirits.

Skills
- WSET Level 3 in Wine & Spirits (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of CRM and e-commerce tools.
- Additional language(s) are a plus.

Experience
- Experience in luxury marketing, hospitality, wine & spirits, or premium consumer goods.
- Experience in brand advocacy, client engagement, events, or customer-facing roles.
- Commercial or business development experience is an advantage.
- Experience working with luxury accounts, hotels, restaurants, or premium hospitality environments is a plus.
- International exposure and willingness to travel extensively across the Caribbean region.
