## About this Role

We are seeking an experienced programme management professional with 15+ years of experience to lead large-scale enterprise programmes and complex transformation initiatives. This role is based in Pune and is ideally suited to an individual with a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects, driving collaboration across global teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Experience leading SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, transformation, or SAP S/4HANA programmes is highly preferred.

## What you’ll do

Lead and manage complex, multi-project enterprise programmes from initiation through successful delivery.Develop and execute comprehensive programme plans aligned to strategic business objectives.Oversee multiple project managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality parameters.Drive programme governance, risk management, issue resolution, dependency tracking, and change management activities.Build and maintain effective relationships with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners.Establish communication and reporting frameworks, providing regular programme updates to leadership teams.Ensure adherence to organisational project and programme management standards, methodologies, and governance requirements.Monitor programme performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to support informed decision-making.Identify and implement process improvements and delivery best practices to enhance programme efficiency.Manage resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor engagement activities.Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive review sessions.

## Who you are

B.E. or B.Tech graduate with 15+ years of experience in IT programme and project management.Demonstrated experience managing multiple large-scale projects and enterprise programmes simultaneously.Strong expertise in programme governance, planning, execution, delivery, and performance management.Skilled in engaging and influencing executive stakeholders and senior business leaders.Hands-on experience with programme and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Clarity PPM, Planview, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.Experienced in risk, issue, dependency, and change management.Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.Proven ability to lead distributed and cross-functional teams within global delivery environments.Experience working across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.Exposure to enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent are desirable.SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, transformation, or SAP S/4HANA programme leadership experience is highly advantageous.
