Summary:
In the role of Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This includes evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The role requires identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning future improvements or solutions, and gathering relevant information from various sources to support decision-making and strategic planning. The Business Analyst plays a key part in bridging the gap between business objectives and technology implementation by carefully analyzing and designing effective processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FI CO Finance, SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to document and communicate business requirements clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in process mapping and workflow design to optimize operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools to support project planning and execution.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).
- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
