Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Organizing Work Orders (WO) based on priority
- Administration / filing of work order documents and data analysis
- Administration / filing of recurring job documents and data analysis
- Spare part inventory management
- Introduction to the Utility Facility area
- Utility checklist and monitoring
- Breakdown of problem categories (Productivity, Safety, Quality)
- Root cause analysis methods (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, etc.)
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at a local university majors in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Basic understanding of Utility facilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
