- Support change enablement for enterprise initiatives by assessing training impact, readiness needs, adoption risks, communication considerations, and learning measurement plans.
- Serve as the business owner for Workday Learning processes, learner experience, curriculum structure, governance, and enterprise learning priorities.
- Partner with HR Systems, the Workday Learning Analyst, LMS administrators, and business stakeholders to support learning assignments, curricula, certifications, compliance tracking, reporting, learner records, and data integrity.
- Identify opportunities to improve learner adoption, system utilization, reporting visibility, and learning technology enhancements; partner with HR Systems on related configuration and technical execution.
- Consult with Store Operations leaders, Corporate functions, and People Team partners to understand capability gaps, performance challenges, change needs, and enterprise learning priorities.
- Recommend learning strategies, governance approaches, and prioritization decisions that support business outcomes and improve associate effectiveness.
- Manage strategic relationships with external learning vendors, content providers, technology partners, and training partners as needed.
- Define success measures, learning outcomes, and business impact indicators for major enterprise learning initiatives.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness through learner feedback, proficiency indicators, operational metrics, adoption data, business performance measures, and stakeholder input.
- Develop and present learning insights, recommendations, dashboards, and progress updates to leaders and stakeholders.
- Provide overall direction and support for teams and monitor and assess individual work in accordance with high standards of excellence. Provide feedback, coaching, support, opportunities for development, complete performance appraisals, take corrective action when appropriate, and participate in hiring decisions.
