Job Summary:

As a Machine Operator at Msuez Uk, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery in our production facility. This includes performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all machines are running efficiently and safely. You will also be responsible for monitoring production output and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machines according to specifications and production requirements
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Monitor production output and make adjustments as necessary to ensure efficiency and quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
• Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments to maintain standards
• Keep detailed records of production output, maintenance performed, and any issues encountered
• Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production processes
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience operating machinery in a production environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on machines
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic computer skills and ability to use production software
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary
