Location Overview
Join our team in Aman Nai Lert. Amid the skyscrapers of central Bangkok, Thailand’s first urban Aman hotel and residences will rise from the verdant sanctuary that is Nai Lert Park. Here, history and nature will come together to tell a new Aman story, one entwined with the exceptional legacy of Thailand’s revered Nai Lert family.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Understand room products, room categories and location.
Know the room facilities.
Housekeeping Responsibilities:
Handle all the guest requests following the procedures set by the hotel management.
Help Handle Guest Laundry pick-up when guest hands to.
Ensure to keep pantry, corridor and rooms clean and tidy.
Handle and take care of the hotel assets.
Responsible for safety and security for guests' belongings and property.
Ensure the service and the standard are well performed following the SEVA and LQA.
Daily Duties
Provide Magic Service.
Cleaning the guest suites, Ensure all the facility in proper functioning.
Call/inform Coordinator about the maintenance order and record. Follow up the work.
Keep the operation equipment in good condition and level of inventory.
Assist the Housekeeping Supervisors
Be environmentally friendly, reduce waste, recycle when possible, and reuse whenever applicable.
