As the product portfolio continues to evolve, we're looking for an experienced Product Marketing Lead to define how products are positioned, launched and brought to market.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded product marketer who thrives on translating technical innovation into compelling customer value. Working across the product portfolio, including HomeLINK, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy, influencing senior stakeholders and ensuring our solutions resonate with customers, installers and distributors alike.

 

Working closely with Product, Sales and Customer Success teams, you'll develop market-leading go-to-market strategies that drive engagement, adoption and commercial success.

 

As Product Marketing Lead, you'll:

 

• Own the product marketing strategy and go-to-market planning across Aico's growing product portfolio.
• Develop compelling product positioning, messaging frameworks and value propositions that differentiate our solutions in the market.
• Lead launch planning, ensuring every new product is introduced with a clear, commercially focused strategy.
• Bring market intelligence, customer insight and competitor analysis into product development and launch decisions.
• Partner closely with Product teams to translate technical features into meaningful customer and commercial benefits.
• Guide the development of sales enablement content, equipping commercial teams with the tools and messaging they need to succeed.
• Represent Product Marketing in senior leadership discussions, providing strategic insight and influencing key business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to evolve product marketing capability as both the team and product portfolio continue to grow.

 

What we're looking for

You'll be an experienced Product Marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen. You're confident influencing stakeholders, passionate about understanding customers and skilled at bringing products to life through compelling messaging.

You'll ideally bring:

• Proven experience in Product Marketing, Product Management or a related commercial marketing role.
• Demonstrable success developing go-to-market strategies and delivering successful product launches.
• Strong experience creating product positioning, messaging frameworks and value propositions.
• The ability to simplify complex technical information into clear, engaging customer messaging.
• Experience using market research, competitor insight and customer feedback to shape marketing strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at all levels of the business.
• Strong communication, presentation and project management skills.
• A collaborative approach and a passion for driving commercial success through exceptional product marketing.

Hours of work:

• 8:00 to 16:30
• 8:30 to 17:00 (core)
