As an Access Control Officer at a dynamic logistics and distribution location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor visitor activity, and support a secure environment for employees, guests, and operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, manage visitor and contractor entry, and maintain accurate access-related records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and support the orderly movement of personnel, visitors, and vehicles throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
