Business & Portfolio Management Lead (STA 6-7 months)
We are looking for a highly motivated and delivery-oriented professional to join the Global Delivery, Data & AI Transformation (DD&AI) organisation as Business & Portfolio Management Lead. This is a temporary replacement assignment (STA) for approximately 6–7 months, starting in September 2026.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape the newly established, DD&AI organisation within Financial Crime & Fraud Prevention (FCFP), translating strategy into execution and enabling effective decision‑making across a complex, global landscape.
The team
In this role, you act as a trusted advisor and strategic sparring partner to the Global Head of Delivery, Data & AI Transformation and his senior leadership team. You work closely with Tribe Leads, Country Delivery Leads, and core stakeholders to provide structure, governance and performance transparency across a global organisation of 900+ FTE, while leading a globally distributed team of 6 FTE.
Roles and responsibilities
- Enable senior leadership decision‑making through alignment with risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee and continuously improve the global QBR governance framework, ensuring a consistent and effective cadence across the organisation.
- Be accountable for portfolio governance and portfolio transparency, ensuring visibility of priorities, dependencies, risks, and progress, while partnering closely with the Portfolio Manager who leads the day-to-day portfolio management activities.
- Drive adoption of product‑led ways of working and continuously strengthen delivery and agile practices.
- Deliver concise, data‑driven insights on performance, FTE, costs, risks, and benefits.
- Lead and develop a globally distributed team of 6 FTE, strengthening portfolio management and governance capabilities.
- Build and connect a strong global delivery community by driving alignment, transparency, and collaboration through leadership forums and communication.
How to succeed
We hire for potential as much as experience. If you’re curious, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership, you’ll thrive here. In return, we’ll support you with the trust, space, and development opportunities to grow into your best self.
- Turn strategy into execution with strong strategic thinking and operational discipline.
- Enable fact-based decision-making through a structured, analytical, and data-driven approach.
- Communicate with impact and build alignment across senior, global stakeholders.
- Navigate complexity and ambiguity with resilience and organisational sensitivity in a global context.
