JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION SUMMARY: Multivac Op 0003 - Goodlettsville Case Ready Plant
Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday 4pm-12:30am
Pay: $22.10/HR
This position is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment within the Case Ready Pork Plant to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Team Members are expected to maintain equipment performance, support production standards, follow food safety requirements, and comply with all Tyson policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to the following:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain assigned production equipment to support daily production needs.
- Ensure equipment and work areas are performing to established production, quality, and food safety standards.
- Identify, report, and assist in resolving equipment, process, or product issues.
- Follow all safety, food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Complete required production and operational documentation accurately and timely.
- Communicate equipment malfunctions, production concerns, and safety issues to leadership.
- Work effectively with team members and leadership to support continuous plant operations.
- Comply with all Tyson policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
