Über die Position

Als Branding Specialist (f/m/d) bei HITACHI ENERGY GERMANY AG gestalten und stärken Sie unsere Markenidentität. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Branding-Strategien, die unsere Marktposition festigen und unsere Unternehmenswerte kommunizieren.

Das können Sie bewirken

• Entwicklung und Implementierung von Markenstrategien und -richtlinien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholdern
• Sicherstellung der konsistenten Markenkommunikation über alle Kanäle und Touchpoints hinweg (online, offline, intern und extern)
• Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Pflege von Markenrichtlinien, Style Guides und Vorlagen
• Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen zum Branding von Mitarbeitenden aus Standorten oder Projekten, Beratung bei Anfragen zu Messen+Konferenzen.
• Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Durchführung von Marken-Workshops und Schulungen für interne Teams
• Steuerung der Aktivitäten im Bereich Branding mit unseren Partnern FC Bayern München Frauen, FC Viktoria Berlin oder anderen Sponsoring-Projekten
• Verwaltung von Markenressourcen und Sicherstellung ihrer Verfügbarkeit und Aktualität

Das bringen Sie mit

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medienwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Feld
• Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Branding, Markenmanagement oder Marketing, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich)
• Kreativität, ein ausgeprägtes ästhetisches Empfinden und Detailorientierung.
• Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams und zur Steuerung externer Dienstleister (z.B. Agenturen)
• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Softwaretools (z.B. Adobe Express) ist von Vorteil
