THE ROLE
As a Senior Business Analyst within our Business Consulting practice, you will partner with clients and internal Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to identify business improvement opportunities and shape transformation initiatives. You will lead business workshops, analyse current-state processes, identify gaps, define future-state solutions, and develop delivery roadmaps that create measurable business value.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong facilitation, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and requirements management skills. You will work independently while collaborating closely with consulting, technology, and delivery teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead business workshops with stakeholders to understand business objectives, current processes, and improvement opportunities.
- Analyse existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions aligned to business goals.
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements using clear, structured documentation and appropriate analysis techniques.
- Develop business cases, process maps, user stories, and delivery roadmaps that support successful implementation.
- Present findings, recommendations, and solution options confidently to business stakeholders and project teams.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within consulting or large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong business process analysis, process mapping, and requirements elicitation skills.
- Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
- Experience translating business needs into clear functional requirements and supporting delivery teams throughout implementation.
BONUS POINTS FOR
- Experience working within Financial Services or other highly regulated industries.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and business analysis frameworks.
- Experience supporting digital transformation or operating model change initiatives.
- Familiarity with BPMN, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar business analysis tools.
- Relevant certifications such as IIBA CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile Business Analyst.
