The SAP Test Management Team is the gatekeeper of quality, overseeing that changes and enhancements to the SAP landscape are thoroughly tested and validated. As SAP Test Automation Expert, you become part of this team to play a pivotal role in ensuring the robustness and efficiency of SAP processes through effective test automation continuous improvement, and technical proficiency.
As SAP Test Automation expert, you are responsible for the building, optimizing, and maintaining modular, model-based test scripts to validate complex end-to-end business workflows. This role bridges the gap between technical automation and SAP functional modules, ensuring that changes (such as updates, custom modifications, or standard releases) do not break core business processes within the area of responsibility. You collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring that all testing outcomes are aligned and actioned based on test execution reporting.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Lead test automation for SAP S/4HANA systems, optimizing workflows and ensuring full test coverage within defined scope.

• Develop Tosca Automation scripts for SAP & Non SAP scope (such as Coupa)

• Debug and Maintain the test automation script, modules and test cases during the maintenance cycle

• Support test automation execution by executing the test automation scripts in required timeframe

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and drive effective test automation expansion.

• Adapt еo evolving technical requirements and business needs in Agile and hybrid  environments while maintaining test quality and efficiency.

• Reporting to stakeholders on Test Automation scope coverage progress and Regression results.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in test automation with Tricentis Tosca (test case design, execution, suite management).

• You possess solid knowledge of SAP ERP modules, Fiori and processes, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into testing scripts.

• Knowledge of Agile practices and experience optimizing testing in iterative workflows.

• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to application and business process testing and quality assurance.

• You excel in stakeholder communication, risk management, and delivering clear, actionable reports to executive teams. You are able to effectively communicate complex and technical testing concepts and strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to facilitate discussions, conduct training sessions, and present test reports and findings to stakeholders.

• You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
