Project Control Services Practitioner

Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.

Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will engage in the comprehensive management and oversight of assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day involves coordinating various project activities, ensuring alignment with global delivery standards, and facilitating smooth execution from initiation through completion. You will collaborate with diverse teams to maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and support effective communication across stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Support the continuous improvement of project control processes and methodologies. - Assist in risk identification and mitigation planning to ensure project success. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and reporting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong capability in project scheduling, cost control, and resource management. - Experience in utilizing project management tools and software to track progress and performance. - Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports for decision-making. - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic environment. - Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at various levels. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
