- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data alongside market trends to continuously drive software product enhancements and validate long-term roadmap directionality.
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Design Leads, and cross-functional teams to estimate level of effort, define metrics, identify dependencies, and break project scopes into actionable workstreams.
- Align commercial and operational teams by proactively communicating program statuses, managing risks, and ensuring sales and marketing are fully equipped to sell new features.

- 7+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or entrepreneurship, with proven success building scalable project management tools and strategies.

Core Behavioral Competencies
- Excellent communication and situational awareness to navigate trade-off discussions and keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned.
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills to balance day-to-day execution with long-term strategic priorities.
- Proactive risk management and high resilience when navigating ambiguity, stressful situations, and very particular customer needs.
