Position Summary
The Location Supervisor supports the General Manager in the daily operation of the location by providing leadership, coaching, and operational oversight. This role helps ensure an exceptional guest experience, maintains company standards, develops team members, and assists in achieving operational and financial goals while fostering a safe, clean, and engaging environment for guests and Playmakers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operation of the location while leading by example and promoting Family Entertainment Group's values.
- Supervise, coach, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and exceptional guest service.
- Assist with hiring, scheduling, payroll, performance management, recognition, and corrective action as needed.
- Oversee daily operational activities, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory, and facility presentation.
- Ensure games, equipment, and prize displays are clean, operational, and properly maintained.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating memorable guest experiences.
- Assist the General Manager in achieving revenue, profitability, and operational objectives.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Complete required reports, participate in training, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One or more years of leadership experience in amusement, hospitality, retail, entertainment, or a related customer service environment preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop team members while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic business applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
