What would you do? The Sales Administration Analyst is responsible for managing end-to-end sales order and contract administration activities, ensuring timely order processing, customer communication, delivery coordination, reporting, and issue resolution. The role acts as a key interface between customers, commercial teams, supply chain, finance, and operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment and superior customer experience. Order & Contract Management Customer Service & Query Management Claims & Returns Management Delivery & Logistics Coordination Reporting & Analytics Documentation & Compliance Incident & Issue Management Stakeholder Collaboration Assess, design, build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing. Includes Distributed Order Management for both on-line and physical network management.
What are we looking for? Education • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Operations, or related discipline.
