As High Volume production(HVM) Node Development Product Engineer, you are responsible to transfer and introduce the DRAM node from TD to ID1 fab including yield ramp, cost reduction and quality improvement to production/manufacturing level. You will collaborate and coordinate with TD, Central team, TSE, Media Health, quality team, design team to implement outstanding known method to high volume manufacturing for ID1 site
Responsibilities Include:
- Enable new process node startup, qualification, yield, and ramp
- Provide direction to development teams using thorough knowledge for process integration
- Develop and apply feedback on a new technology
- Collaborate with internal engineering groups; Design, Technology Development, Design for Test, and Quality teams to understand yield issues and priorities
- Support design verification and validation using CAD tools and simulations
- Perform electrical failure analysis and yield improvement using both data and bench testing analysis
- Identify design marginalities and recommend design solutions for circuit-related problems
- Apply state-of-art in house engineering equipment to support product characterization and electrical failure analysis
- Identify causes of low yield through systematic analysis
- Apply statistical tools for detailed data analysis on product to drive yield improvement projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering or equivalent
- Familiarity with DRAM architecture, operation, testing, design and process
- Familiarity with CMOS performance
- Effective written and spoken communication skills
- Good organizational skills, able to make decisions in complex situations
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm
- Agentic AI
