En Tigo Nicaragua estamos buscando a nuestro próximo Jefe(a) de Comisiones y Costo Comercial, un líder estratégico que contribuya a maximizar la rentabilidad del negocio, garantizando procesos eficientes, automatizados y orientados a resultados.

🌟 ¿Cuál será tu misión?

✅ Liderar la estrategia y control del costo comercial para asegurar la rentabilidad del negocio.
✅ Diseñar y administrar modelos de comisiones e incentivos que motiven el desempeño comercial.
✅ Desarrollar análisis financieros, presupuestos y pronósticos que faciliten la toma de decisiones.
✅ Impulsar la automatización de procesos mediante herramientas como Power BI, SAP y Excel Avanzado.
✅ Convertirte en un socio estratégico para las áreas Comercial, Finanzas y Recursos Humanos.

🎯 Buscamos talento que cuente con:

✔️ Formación en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial, Telecomunicaciones o carreras afines.
✔️ Más de 3 años de experiencia en gestión comercial, canales de distribución, análisis financiero y administración de costos.
✔️ Dominio de Excel Avanzado, Power BI, Tableau u otras herramientas de analítica.
✔️ Alto pensamiento analítico, orientación a resultados y capacidad para influir en la toma de decisiones.
✔️ Disponibilidad para viajar dentro y fuera del país.
