Description
Position Overview We are looking for a Compliance Data Analyst to act as the operational and technical backbone of our global Compliance teams (covering Compliance Programs, Export Compliance, and Corporate Compliance). In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between data analytics and IT system administration. You will drive operational data transparency by building insightful dashboards, tracking performance metrics, and managing the day-to-day administration, user provisioning, and ticket queues for our core compliance software tools.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Reporting

Dataset Management: Gather, clean, validate, and structure complex datasets to ensure maximum data accuracy and consistency for downstream reporting.

Dashboard Development: Conduct structured data analysis and design insightful, interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel to present operational performance to leadership.
User Access & Master Data Management

System Provisioning: Manage the end-to-end user lifecycle (creation, modification, and deactivation) across various compliance platforms and databases.

Role Assignments: Execute system role assignments based on predefined compliance access concepts and approved security requests.

Data Quality Assurance: Maintain user master data by auditing, correcting, and resolving incomplete or inconsistent entries within the systems.
Ticket & Helpdesk Administration

Queue Management: Serve as the central intake point for all compliance tool-related tickets, handling classification, prioritization, and triaging.

Technical Support: Resolve access requests, technical glitches, and user inquiries within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

IT Collaboration: Coordinate closely with 3rd-level IT support and compliance program teams for advanced technical escalations, ensuring transparent progress updates to internal stakeholders.
Escalation Handling

Issue Resolution: Promptly identify, isolate, and escalate complex technical anomalies, non-standard system scenarios, and policy deviations to management.
Candidate Profile
Education & Certifications
-
Bachelor's degree holder in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Risk & Compliance, Data Analytics, or a comparable discipline.
Professional Experience
-
2 to 4 years of solid experience functioning as a Data Analyst, IT Technical Support Specialist, System Administrator, or Operations/Reporting Analyst.

Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (including DAX and Power Query) and Microsoft Excel.

Proven experience in user access management, identity provisioning, and handling ITIL-based ticket/incident queues is a strong advantage.

A keen interest or exposure to corporate compliance, risk management, or data governance concepts is highly desirable.

Strong experience collaborating with international cross-functional teams on process improvements, KPI development, and quality metrics.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate team syncs, share system best practices, and lead localized continuous improvement initiatives.
