REPORTS TO: Assembly Team Supervisor
JOB SCOPE:
As a Full Time Assembly Technician you will produce quality products by assembling, repairing, and testing components according to blueprints, work instructions, and company standards. This role is essential to ensuring reliable, customer-ready equipment is built safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES:
- Study and verify assembly instructions, blueprint specifications and parts lists in order to accomplish assembly orders
- Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies
- Utilize hand held tools and other equipment needed to complete assembly tasks
- Assembly and run Hydraulic lines
- Mount Tires
- Conduct the following work tasks: Hubs, spindles, bearings, bushings, accumulator packs, bolt kits etc.
- Perform quality work checks to insure the product meets quality standards
- Assemble Repair components for specified repair jobs
- Track all parts used for assembly
- Report part counts into software daily
- Package assemblies
- Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationship with others in all departments
- Accept responsibility for quality of services provided and perform all required checks.
- Monitors work environment for hazards and reports all concerns
- Follows safety protocol, including wearing all required PPE effectively and properly
- Operate and Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
- Consistently demonstrates and incorporates principals of safety for self and others into daily activities.
- Maintain assigned work area in a clean and orderly manner
- Fill in as needed / Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Prerequisite Education, Training, and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.
- One (1) year of assembly or related manufacturing experience is preferred.

Physical Capabilities:
- Hand Tools Used: sockets, wrenches, pliers, hammers, torque wrenches etc.
- Equipment Used: Powered industrialized Equipment (i.e. Forklift), ten ton lift,
- Movement: Constant movement includes: walking, standing; Frequent Movement includes: climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching/squatting
- Lift and or Carry: 50Lbs Frequently, over 20lbs constantly, Over 100lbs occasionally with assistance.
