  • Work with priority-country teams to adapt and activate global initiatives in ways that reflect local stakeholder needs and market dynamics; Facilitate knowledge sharing, best-practice exchange and coordination across global and country teams.

  • influence franchise/asset strategy by advising brand and asset teams on external insights and trends that inform decision-making

  • Build strong working relationships with key country Corporate Affairs leaders and provide ongoing strategic support to local teams; Serve as a connector across functions and geographies to promote consistency of messaging, stakeholder engagement and programme execution.

Strategic Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain productive relationships with patient organisations, advocacy groups, professional societies and other relevant external stakeholders.

  • Conduct stakeholder mapping and engagement planning across priority markets and customer groups.

  • Facilitate opportunities for stakeholder perspectives to inform communications, disease-awareness and engagement initiatives.

  • Partner with country teams to support effective stakeholder engagement approaches and sharing of best practices.

  • Represent Ipsen at relevant conferences, forums and stakeholder meetings as appropriate.

  • Develop partnerships and collaborations that advance shared objectives related to awareness, diagnosis and patient outcomes.

Integrated Disease Awareness & Communications Driver

  • Drive the development and execution of integrated global disease-awareness programmes that advance understanding of movement disorders and migraine as serious, often disabling neurological conditions, while supporting earlier recognition, appropriate care pathways and improved patient outcomes.

  • Work with agency partners and internal teams to support programme execution and delivery.

  • Manage a comprehensive approach to communications (owned, earned, shared and paid platforms), partnering with Digital and Social Media teams to identify, optimise and measure stakeholder engagement opportunities across digital channels, online communities and relevant stakeholder platforms.

  • Lead cross-functional coordination and implementation of global campaigns across priority markets, partnering with internal teams, external agencies and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality programmes, activation toolkits and engagement resources.

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen engagement across patient, healthcare professional, advocacy and policy stakeholder communities, ensuring programmes are relevant, impactful and aligned with business and corporate affairs objectives.

  • Monitor, evaluate and report programme performance, channel effectiveness, stakeholder engagement and business impact, leveraging insights and analytics to optimise campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
