For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Senior Consultant (LIMS LabWare)
- Ability to configure LabWare modules — including tests, specifications, workflows, and instrument interfaces — using native configuration tools without requiring core development or advanced coding.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and diagnosing data within the underlying LIMS database to support incident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Background working in regulated laboratory environments such as pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or similar industries, with awareness of applicable quality standards (e.g., GxP, ISO 17025).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to interact with key laboratory users to clarify requirements, validate issue resolution, and document findings in a structured knowledge base.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (B2)
- Availability for Hybrid model, once a week based in Lisbon
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
