Do you love turning data into insights and solving puzzles that make a real impact? As a Supply Chain Analyst I, you'll play a key role in helping our Procurement team make smarter decisions by managing pricing data, uncovering trends, and delivering meaningful analysis. From maintaining critical pricing systems to supporting supply chain initiatives across the business, you'll help keep our operations running as smoothly as a perfectly executed line dance.

*This is an on-site position working a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days a week) at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center located in Louisville, Kentucky
What's On Your Plate
Serve as a subject matter expert for our contract pricing system, including configuration, administration, and maintenance
Manage supplier and distribution center onboarding within pricing and supply chain systems
Provide support for contract pricing questions, including pricing variances, contract setup issues, fee schedules, and system access
Audit supplier and distribution center pricing to ensure accuracy and compliance
Collect, aggregate, and analyze supply chain and pricing data for recurring and ad hoc business needs
Develop reports and insights that support Procurement and key business stakeholders
Partner with team members on analytics projects and process improvements
Work with data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights
Your Recipe for Success
Bachelor's degree required; Computer Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for working with data
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Experience with contract pricing, pricing audits, or procurement analytics preferred
Supply chain, restaurant, retail, or distribution industry experience is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies and trends
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a collaborative team environment
