• Pay: $16.90 - $55.00 per flat rate hour.
• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - 5 days per week with 2 days off
• Department Hours: Monday-Friday: 7am-6pm, Saturday: 9am-2pm and Sunday: Closed

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair complex engine, transmission, drivetrain, steering, suspension, and electrical concerns.
• Perform heavy line repairs, including engine replacements, internal engine repairs, transmission work, and major drivability diagnostics.
• Use Ford diagnostic equipment and repair procedures to identify vehicle issues.
• Complete repairs while maintaining high-quality expertise and minimizing comebacks.
• Document repairs thoroughly and communicate findings with Service Advisors to keep customers informed.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of automotive heavy line technician experience in a dealership environment.
• Diagnose engine, transmission, drivability, and electrical system issues using advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Ford experience and Ford certifications are.
• ASE certifications.
• Personal set of automotive tools required.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The California Flat Rate pay range for this position is $16.90 - $55.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonus opportunities such as Production/Productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
