The Opportunity
This position will work out of our Austin site in the Neuromodulation division. Our Neuromodulation business includes implantable devices compatible with mobile technology to help people who suffer from chronic pain and movement disorders. These non-opioid therapies allow us to provide interventional pain therapy to patients throughout the pain continuum.
As the Associate Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development, planning and execution of the global digital marketing strategy to transform the experience for our customers. This person plays a key role in driving digital transformation for Abbott’s Neuromodulation business through new ways to acquire, engage and retain our customers to deliver aggressive growth targets.
What You'll Work On
Lead digital marketing initiatives across patient and healthcare professional (HCP) audiences, including direct-to-consumer campaigns, paid media, social media, and customer engagement programs to drive business growth.
Optimize the end-to-end customer experience by identifying opportunities across the marketing funnel, enhancing website performance, supporting AEO/GEO strategies, and leveraging marketing automation to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Develop, execute, and continuously improve digital campaigns and emerging capabilities through testing, audience segmentation, personalization, and data-driven decision making.
Partner with cross-functional teams and agency partners to create compelling content, launch integrated campaigns, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure flawless execution.
Measure and communicate performance through reporting, analytics, and customer insights, translating findings into actionable recommendations and growth opportunities.
Share best practices, campaign learnings, and scalable solutions across teams and markets to support broader business objectives and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
3+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing with a solid portfolio of successful marketing campaigns and projects
Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Google Analytics
Experience creating compelling content across various channels to motivate action and using multivariate experiments to optimize conversion
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with proficiency in marketing metrics and analytics tools
Self-starter with growth mindset, willing to experiment with new ideas and take calculated risks
Familiar with regulatory compliance requirements and regulations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing people and/or leading teams a strong plus
