As a Deals Diligence Analytics - Senior Manager, you will lead and manage financial due diligence projects within our Deals practice, providing strategic insights and analytics to support client transactions. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your advanced skills and strategic vision to drive project success, interacting with clients at a senior level to deliver impactful results. You will be responsible for building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems, and applying sound judgment to navigate challenging situations.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will oversee large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence. You will have the opportunity to deepen your skills in deal strategy, working closely with clients to validate outcomes and share alternative perspectives. Responsibilities

- Leading financial due diligence projects to support client decision-making in mergers and acquisitions
- Analyzing financial statements and conducting financial modeling to assess earnings quality and business performance
- Developing and implementing strategies for value creation and operational improvements in client engagements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive deal management and financial advisory services
- Utilizing analytical thinking and industry trend analysis to provide insights into market trends and growth opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored financial solutions
- Conducting investment analysis and valuations to support strategic questioning and decision-making processes
- Coaching and providing feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development
- Validating financial forecasts and projections to identify potential risks and opportunities for profitable growth
- Promoting inclusion and embracing change to enhance team dynamics and drive successful project outcomes
- Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
- Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant License, Chartered Accountant, Foreign Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Possessing knowledge of and having exposure to basic programming: Python, SQL, or other languages.
