Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
Salary: £26,589 per annum, OTE circa £30,000

About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Scheduler to join our Operations team in Cheltenham. This is a key role responsible for coordinating the day-to-day workload of our field-based engineers, ensuring works are scheduled efficiently and delivered within agreed timescales.
Working closely with clients, engineers, sales and operations teams, you will play an important role in maintaining high levels of customer service while ensuring operational requirements are met. This position would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and can effectively manage multiple priorities throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule a team of engineers on a day-to-day basis for planned electrical testing and maintenance activities
- Liaise with clients to arrange and confirm engineer appointments
- Work closely with the sales team to support customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Operate within agreed KPIs and performance measures
- Provide key clients with work programmes and scheduling updates
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure works are completed within required timescales
- Monitor engineer availability and workload to maximise operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with engineers regarding appointments, changes and operational updates
- Build positive working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Support the wider Operations team with administrative and coordination activities as required
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Previous experience in a scheduling, coordination, planning or administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive and professional approach to customer service

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £26,589 per annum with On Target Earnings of circa £30,000.
