The Parts Advisor is an essential part of keeping that operation moving -- supporting technicians, serving retail customers, and ensuring the right parts are in the right place at the right time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve retail and internal customers at the counter and by phone -- providing accurate parts information, pricing, and availability with professionalism and efficiency

• Assist service technicians and advisors with parts lookup, ordering, and timely delivery to the shop floor

• Process parts orders accurately in the DMS -- ensuring all transactions are documented and invoiced correctly

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts inventory -- maintaining bin accuracy and a clean, organized warehouse

• Follow up on back-ordered and special-order parts -- communicating status updates to technicians and service advisors proactively

• Support parts returns, warranty claims, and core processing per department procedures

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts

• Support additional parts department tasks as needed to keep the operation running efficiently

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Automotive parts counter experience preferred -- candidates from inventory management, logistics, or customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply

• Land Rover, Jaguar, or European brand parts experience a strong plus

• Accurate and detail-oriented -- parts transactions need to be right the first time

• Comfortable with parts lookup systems and DMS platforms -- or quick to learn them

• Clear, professional communicator -- whether serving a technician at the window or a retail customer on the phone

• Able to manage multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced service environment

• Reliable, organized, and self-directed -- you take ownership of your counter without needing constant oversight

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
