- Flexible and Adaptive: Not in a yoga way—you’re open to learning new approaches and adjusting your plans when the unexpected happens.
- Fun and Personable: You like working with people and easily forge strong relationships, bringing a positive energy that makes collaboration enjoyable.
- Detail-Oriented Problem Solver: You can juggle multiple priorities, spot potential risks, and find creative solutions to ensure projects are delivered without a hitch.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with account, creative, developers, strategists, and other team members to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.
- Able to uncover project requirements and translate them into clear timelines, tasks, and workflows.
- Act as the communication hub for project teams, vendors, and clients.
- Maintain project documentation such as status updates, schedules, and project plans.
- Proactively identify project risks and help implement solutions.
- Ensure quality standards are met through coordination, reviews, and QA processes.
- Schedule and lead key project touchpoints including internal and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an agency setting or comparable environment working with integrated teams.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree or equivalent experience required.
