Overview:
Support daily operations of a group home serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
Support daily operations of a group home serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with supervising DSP staff.
- Support scheduling and shift coverage.
- Assist with daily care and support of individuals served.
- Review MARs, ISP data, and Therap documentation.
- Maintain safety and compliance standards.
- Support incident reporting and emergencies.
- Assist with staff training.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- 2+ years group home experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- IDD experience preferred.
- Therap experience a plus.
