  • Identify potential delays and proactively escalate risks with recommended mitigation strategies

  • Support coordination across Development, Construction, Finance, and external partners to maintain project momentum

4. Site & Deal Analysis Support

  • Analyze site opportunities, lease structures, and deal terms in partnership with Development Managers

  • Provide data-driven insights to support site selection, relocations, and strategic decisions

  • Support preparation of materials for internal approvals and governance processes

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Real Estate/Development Managers on deal structuring, negotiations, and project strategy

  • Partner with Finance, Construction, Legal, and CT REIT teams to align assumptions and execution plans

  • Support coordination with external stakeholders (landlords, brokers, consultants, municipalities) as required

6. Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Develop and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and pipeline reporting tools

  • Provide regular updates on project status, capital deployment, and key risks/opportunities

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, standardize reporting, and enhance data-driven decision-making

  • Own the management and continuous maintenance of precedent and prototype documentation, ensuring all materials are accurate, up to date, and reflective of current standards and practices across the portfolio

What You Bring:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (advanced Excel required)

  • Experience managing budgets, tracking timelines, and supporting complex, multi-stakeholder projects

  • Solid understanding of real estate development lifecycle and commercial real estate fundamentals

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
