Principal Architect & Technical Program Lead

An innovative robotics company has engaged us to find a Principal Architect & Technical Program Lead to help drive the development and delivery of complex robotic systems for heavy industry. In this highly impactful role, you'll combine deep systems engineering expertise, technical leadership, and customer engagement to lead multidisciplinary teams across hardware and software development. You’ll play a key role in creating structure within fast-moving environments, supporting strategic proposals, driving execution, and building long-term partnerships with enterprise customers.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Systems engineering foundation, or a deep engineering background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline with system-level program leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams across hardware and software development.
• Client-facing experience, including technical discovery, executive updates, and managing customer expectations with confidence.
• Ability to create structure and drive execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Strong leadership presence with a calm, direct, and mature communication style.
• Ability to resolve conflicts quickly and escalate appropriately.
• Willingness to work 50-60 hour weeks during high-demand periods, with overtime incentives available.
