Senior Systems Engineer 高级系统工程师
Key Responsibilities：
- Manage and maintain physical and virtual servers, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Implement and oversee monitoring tools to track system health, performance, and uptime; respond proactively to alerts and performance issues.
- Public Cloud Management: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot systems and applications hosted on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Virtualization & HCI Support: Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot virtualized environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across diverse IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge-sharing.
- Implement security best practices and support compliance with corporate policies and standards across systems and cloud environments.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of the OSI model and how it applies to network and systems troubleshooting.
- Experience with multiple operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Proficiency in managing server infrastructure, virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and HCI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Expertise in setting up and using monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix) and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient in English (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in stakeholder management and coordination.
- Preferred Qualifications as below:
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure
Administrator, VMware VCP, or CompTIA Server+.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) for
task automation and efficiency.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and under
standing of firewalls and load balancers.
- Experience with hyper-converged solutions like Nutanix, VMware vSAN, or HPE SimpliVity.
- Awareness of cybersecurity principles and practices, including data protection, endpoint se
curity, and compliance frameworks.
